To the extent permitted by applicable law and contract, 8x8 will provide service credits to eligible customers subject to these terms and conditions. Service credit amounts will be equal to the monthly recurring service fees for Eligible 8x8 Services, up to the limits listed below, for each month remaining in the current term of your contract for applicable competitor services. “Eligible 8x8 Services” means 8x8 unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) and contact-center-as-a-service (CCaaS) and excluding any add-ons, third party products or offerings, project services, or communications-platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) products.
For Customers with up to 99 Employees

To be eligible for this promotion, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- A new customer for Eligible 8x8 Services.
- An initial term of no less than 12 months.
- Customer with up to 399 employees or end users (as determined by 8x8).
- Customer is migrating the same number of seats from competitor services.
- Directly sign an order with 8x8 (sales through 8x8 partners are not eligible).
- Customer is located in the US or Canada.
- Sign an 8x8 order before December 31, 2025.
- An existing customer of an applicable 8x8 competitor (as determined by 8x8 and subject to acceptable proof).
Please note this promotion applies to applicable monthly recurring service fees in your order and does not apply to taxes, administrative or regulatory fees, or usage charges. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 8x8 reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. 8x8 terms and conditions apply. See your order for further details. To be eligible for this promotion, the Customer must not early terminate, breach, or otherwise alter their existing competitor contract in a way that violates applicable law or contract terms. This promotion does not require or solicit breach of contract and is void if accepting it would require such a breach. 8x8 may cancel any credits offered or refund used credits in the event a customer is not eligible for this promotion at any time. Void where prohibited.
