Prerequisites

8x8 X6, X7, or X8 license

Admin: Current and stable browser release including Chrome, Edge, Firefox.and Safari.

Administration display: 1280x800 minimum

Customer Website: must have valid HTTPS enablement and trusted SSL certificates. Requires access to website code.

Networking: Ensure that all valid HTTP/HTTPS methods are not blocked in either direction between the website and converse360 hosted assets, specific details will be provided during the project deployment
