Sue Fernand is a Sr. Director of Business Development and Alliances and manages the relationships and business development strategy with our strategic Alliances at 8x8, which includes our partnership with Verint. Sue oversees the Verint partnership at a Global Level and works strategically with Sales, Marketing and Product to support the success of the Verint and 8x8 joint go to market success.
Frank Fuhrman

Frank is a Customer Experience and Contact Center professional with over 33 years of success in helping his clients to deliver improved business outcomes. He continually contributes to the acquisition of new clients on the 8x8 platform and provides consulting services on contact center best practices to potential and existing customers. Frank has also helped to close some of 8x8’s largest deals. He is a Subject-Matter-Expert in CCaaS, Virtual/Self Service Agent and WFM applications and is a well-respected contact with 8x8’s WFM Partners. Prior to joining 8x8 2015, Frank improved his Contact Center skills at Verizon and AT&T.
