Cold Transfer

Warm Transfer

Gives the opportunity to introduce the caller and/or agent to the incoming call before transferring. A list of transfer options can be found in the contact directory.

Notes

Receptionists can attach notes to contacts indicating their preferences in regards to taking calls. To add or read a note, click on the note icon next to the user status.

Forwarding Calls During Break

f you need to step away from the desk, simply select the toggle for Away from desk at the bottom left hand corner of the app. Select to forward the calls temporarily to an auto attendant, a ring group or call queue. When you return, simply disable this option.
