What this API does
The Webhooks - Configurations endpoint enables companies to programmatically modify any webhook (inbound SMS, Survey responses, delivery receipts) configuration.

Example use
A company has a server they need to reboot every weekend. This server is the one used to receive their inbound SMS messages. During reboots, they use the Webhook Configuration API to automatically redirect the SMS traffic to a new web hook on a secondary server.
