8x8 Partner Program Awarded 5-Star Rating by CRN
Building off of our continued global channel expansion and momentum, 8x8 achieved yet another major milestone in helping our partners succeed. I’m thrilled to announce that the 8x8 Partner Program was awarded a 5-Star rating by CRN in their 2018 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide is the definitive listing of partner programs from technology vendors that provide products and services through the IT channel, and the 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
Over the past year, 8x8 significantly expanded and enhanced our global channel program with a substantial increase in the number of enabled partners. CRN clearly recognized this “astronomical” progress regarding our channel strategy and growth, which was demonstrated by six of the company’s top ten deals contributed by channel partners, and overall channel bookings increasing 50 percent year-over-year in the quarter ending December 31, 2017.
To determine the 2018 5-Star ratings, CRN’s research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
In addition to 8x8 being given a Five-Star rating, I was personally honored to be named to CRN’s prestigious list of 2018 Channel Chiefs. The executives on this annual list represent top leaders in the IT channel who excel at driving growth and revenue in their organization through channel partners so I’m truly humbled to be part of such an esteemed group .
