8x8 integration with Okta enables you to automatically synchronize Okta Active Directory users and groups into 8x8 Configuration Manager.

- New user creation: When an Okta user is assigned to the integration, a new Configuration Manager user profile is created for the user. User updates: Okta user updates reflecting in Configuration Manager. User deactivation and reactivation: Okta user deactivation and reactivation reflecting in Configuration Manager.

- New User Creation: Users from Azure AD to be created in 8x8 automatically without the need to re-key common user details. User Updates: Updates to user details made in Azure AD to be automatically pushed to 8x8. User Deactivation and Reactivation: Deactivation of users in 8x8 by disabling their account in Azure AD. Existing Users: Existing users created directly in Configuration Manager can be linked to their Azure AD counterparts.
