The Webhook for Inbound SMS is used to programmatically transmit any inbound SMS received on a virtual number.
A healthcare provider would like to run a campaign informing the community about the benefits of a new treatment. Patients can text a number to automatically receive additional information. They send a keyword to the designated number. The keyword is received which triggers the information to be sent to the patient.
