Our 8x8 Customer Labs program is led by a global team of renowned UX researchers who regularly meet with our participating customers who are subject matter experts in their own right, and the true masters of how 8x8 communication products work in the real world. We take their insights, and apply the best advice and ideas in optimizing 8x8 around user workflows and needs and future-proofing our solution for our customers’ unified communications and contact center needs.

Our Scientific Method

In 8x8 Customer Labs, as studies arise that match a customer profile, 8x8 researchers reach out with an invite to participate. Then our customers decide whether that activity fits with their schedule and interests.

Along the way, participating customers may earn badges for their community and professional profile, gift cards or swag, or invitation-only virtual office hours with 8x8’s Chief Diagnosticians.
