Unlimited Fax Extension

8x8’s fax over IP solution is based on the T.38 ITU standard for sending faxes across IP networks in a real-time mode. 8x8 fax services work with standard fax machine brands, and cost less than a separate fax line from a landline phone company. Our solution connects your fax machine to the Internet via an analog terminal adapter (ATA).

Service plan includes:

• Unlimited inbound faxes.
• Unlimited outbound faxes to the US/Canada.
• International faxes billed at 8x8 International rates.

Metered Fax Extension

The Metered Fax Extension option is ideal for companies with moderate fax requirements.

Service plan includes:

• 300 minutes of outgoing faxes plus unlimited incoming faxes.
• Extra domestic outgoing fax minutes billed at 3.5 cents.
• International faxes billed at 8x8 International rates.

Unlimited Fax Extension – Second Port Activation

Existing 8x8 business customers can also order an Unlimited Fax Extension – Second Port Activation. The Second Port Activation fax extension utilizes an available 2nd line port in an 8x8-certified Obihai, Audiocodes or Cisco SPA122 ATA.

Service plan includes:

• Unlimited inbound faxes.
• Unlimited outbound faxes to the US/Canada.
• International faxes billed at 8x8 International rates.

Metered Fax Extension – Second Port Activation

Existing 8x8 business customers can also order a Metered Fax Extension – Second Port Activation. The Second Port Activation fax extension utilizes an available 2nd line port in an 8x8-certified Obihai, Audiocodes or Cisco SPA122 adapter.

The 8x8 Metered Fax Extension – Second Port Activation service plan includes 300 minutes of outgoing faxes plus unlimited incoming faxes. Extra domestic outgoing fax minutes are billed at 3.5 cents and International faxes are billed at 8x8 International rates.
