IT control over where direct phone numbers appear

A new Admin Console setting lets administrators control whether users can view their Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers across 8x8 Work Desktop and Web. When disabled, DIDs are hidden across user profiles, contact cards, search results, and call history, protecting direct line exposure and supporting routing and reporting integrity.
