Customer Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 1 business day before the scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by email or directly in the 8x8 Learning Portal. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel 24 hours in advance, and may use these credits towards any future class.

8x8 Academy Cancellation Policy

8x8 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class up to 2 business days before the start of class.

Adoption Kit License Policy

The license permits unlimited internal dissemination of the following self-paced eLearning: Getting Started with Virtual Office, Getting Started with Virtual Contact Center, Getting Started with ContactNow.

Training Units Expiration Policy

Training Units will expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Open Enrollment Virtual Instructor Led Attendance Policy

Classes are delivered on a per person/per seat basis to registered participants. Non-registered attendees will be removed from class, along with any registered participant who shared unauthorized registration information.
