If you are a customer on our standard one-year contract and are unsatisfied with your 8x8 business service for any reason in the first 30 days after signing up, you may cancel for a refund of equipment and activation fees.* You will still be responsible for monthly service fees, and minutes of use on metered plans as well as any international per-minute charges** (calls to non-8x8 telephone numbers outside the United States and Canada) incurred during the 30-day period. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
To obtain a refund, customers are asked to call customer support at 888.898.8733 and request a Return Material Authorization number to be associated with the returned equipment. Once we receive the equipment in good working order, we will issue a credit to your credit card.
* Our mid-market and enterprise customers on special-term contracts, and customers who buy 8x8 services through a channel partner are not eligible for this 30-day Money-back Guarantee. Only our small business customers on our standard one-year contracts are eligible.
**Calls to mobile phones, premium, special, and information service numbers are not included in the unlimited international destinations. US includes Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam.
