Introducing Additional Extension Summary Charts and Call Detail Record (CDR) Report Quick Filters
8x8 Virtual Office Analytics is a suite of tools that provide enterprise-level business intelligence about your communications. It captures finely-detailed data on all call activity associated with your 8x8 cloud-based PBX and presents it to you as easy-to-understand charts and metrics. We’re pleased to announce that the 8x8 Virtual Office Analytics Essentials Plan has been enhanced with new capabilities.
New Charts Added to Extension Summary Report: (Path: Call Reports > Extension Summary)
Summary for first ‘n’ employees: Users can select the number of extensions under the selected branch(es) and department(s) and view the summary of extension data for selected metrics (total inbound, total outbound, total missed, total abandoned and total answered)
Top N <selected metric> for ‘n’ extensions: Users can select a particular metric (example: inbound calls) and view the sorted descending order of calls by extension. Example: Sales manager can now identify his star performers by looking at the extension that has made the most outbound calls.
Multiple Department Charts
Summary Across Departments: A summary chart of selected data across multiple departments (total inbound, total outbound, total missed, total abandoned and total answered)
Total <selected metric> Across Departments : Ability to compare the selected metric across departments.
New Quick Filters in Call Detail Records (CDR) Report:
Allows you to drill down, segment and analyze your call detail records. Example: See how many people called your main number, how many calls went to Auto Attendant, how many were answered and how many were abandoned.
