Where can I view my bill?
To view your bill in Account Manager:
1. In the top navigation bar, click Billing.
2. Select View Statements > View
3. A list of statement dates will display. In the Actions column, click on View
4. The Statement Summary will display, including Charges at a Glance (see screenshot below):
- Monthly Service Charge – displays your monthly recurring service charge for the coming month
- Usage Charge – displays any charges above the monthly service charge, based on phone usage for the previous month
- Taxes and Fees – calculated based on location and phone usage
- Payment Information: includes payment type and method selected
