How do I see Activity on my account since my last payment?

All of your account activity is visible online in Account Manager.

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Select Billing > View Statements > View.
  3. Click View Activity since your last payment.

  4. The Statement Summary displays your monthly service charge, usage charge, and total monthly charges to date.
  5. To see details for individual extensions, click on the hyperlink for that line item in the Statement Details – Services table.
