How do I see Activity on my account since my last payment?
All of your account activity is visible online in Account Manager.
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Select Billing > View Statements > View.
- Click View Activity since your last payment.
- The Statement Summary displays your monthly service charge, usage charge, and total monthly charges to date.
- To see details for individual extensions, click on the hyperlink for that line item in the Statement Details – Services table.
