Once you have provided the “8x8, Inc. Referral Program Terms and Conditions” contract and an IRS Form W-9 to your sales representative, you can share your business contact(s) with the Sales Representative. They will do the rest. They will schedule a consultative sales call in order to understand the business needs, tell the referral about 8x8, and if it’s a good fit, suggest the best service(s) for their business. Rest assured, we know your reputation and ours depends on the quality of our approach and services.
Payment for business referrals is made by issuing a check payable to the referrer. Payment will be forfeited if the referrer’s W-9 and signed Terms and Conditions are not provided to 8x8 within 90 days of the order date of referral. Payment will not occur until the referred customer has activated service and has paid their bill for the first two billing periods. The referred customer must be in good standing for 60 days at the time payment is issued.
The following 8x8 service plans qualify for a referral reward of $100* per plan: Unlimited Extension, Metered Extension, Global Extension, Unlimited Extension Plus, Metered Extension Plus, Global Extension Plus, Shared Line Unlimited Extension, Shared Line Metered Extension, Shared Line Global Extension, Virtual Office Annual Plan and Contact Center Agent Seat. Note: Virtual Office Solo does not qualify for 8x8 Referral Rewards.
8x8 Managed Hosting services qualify for a one-time referral reward equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charges paid by the referree (for Managed Hosting Services). For example, if the 8x8 Managed Hosting services fee is $500 per month, the reward is a one-time payment of $500.
