Feature Highlight: Change Your Music on Hold

Here’s a simple way to change up your music on hold with pre-recorded choices from 8x8!

1. Login to your extension using Virtual Office Online at http://virtualoffice.8x8.com
2. Select Settings. Then select the My Services tab.
3. Scroll down to Music on Hold and select Click to Change.
4. Select your music, then click Done. 
5. Click Save at the bottom of the My Services tab.
