With 8x8, you get an easy-to-use administration portal, called the 8x8 Account Manager, for setting up and configuring your iPBX, Auto Attendant, and Ring Groups as well as an Extension Manager control portal for customizing individual user settings.

Each 8x8 Virtual Office extension user can also use Virtual Office Online, our web-based portal to update their account settings. They can change their voicemail password, and set their call forwarding settings. They can do all the following and more online! Make calls, chat with other users, see their call history, and review their voicemails.
