- WITS 3 – Through the Washington Interagency Telecommunications System 3 (WITS 3) contract, 8x8 is partnered with Level 3 Communications to offer our competitive, next-generation Network Voice Services (NVS) to federal agencies in the National Capital Region (NCR) and surrounding suburbs of Maryland and Virginia.
